About the Tournament
RUUD PADEL OPEN 2026 is an international padel tournament for professional and amateur players, bringing together high-level competition, prize money, clinics, and side events across three days.
The Organizer would like to express special thanks to Infinity Padel Club for providing the venue and the opportunity to host an event of this scale.
1. Organizer
The tournament is organized by RUUD PADEL INTERNATIONAL OPEN 2026 Organizing Committee, in cooperation with:

The Organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the tournament schedule, formats, categories, or regulations if required for operational, sporting, or force majeure reasons.
2. General Conditions

The tournament is played according to official padel rules.

Participation implies full acceptance of these regulations.

The Organizer’s decisions are final in all matters not explicitly covered in this document.

If the minimum is not reached, the Organizer may:

5. Registration & Entry Fees
Registration Platform
All registrations are handled exclusively via Tournated, the official tournament registration partner, or via its official white-label solution for the Latvian Padel Federation (padelfederacija.lv).

Registration links and available categories will be published through official event channels.

All entry fees must be paid online through the Tournated platform.

Registrations are valid only after successful payment.
Payments & Refunds

RUUD Sport is solely responsible for collecting entry fees and processing refunds.
-
Refunds are granted only to players who withdraw before the official withdrawal deadline.
-
No refunds will be issued after this deadline.
Partner Registration Policy

Players may register without a partner and pay the individual portion of the entry fee.
-
Registration is not finalized until a partner is connected and the full team registration is completed.
Early Bird Discount
-
10% Early Bird discount for players who complete registration and payment by 15 February 2026.
Wild Cards
The Organizer may allocate Wild Cards (WC) at its discretion:

Up to 4 Wild Cards in 16-team categories

Up to 6 Wild Cards in 24-team categories
6. Entry Fees

Tournament entry fee: €60 per category, per player

Two categories (Saturday + Sunday): €100 per player

Americano Tournament: €30 per player

8. Format Adjustments
Depending on participation, time constraints, or operational requirements, the Organizer reserves the right to:

Modify elimination formats
All changes will be communicated before the category starts.
9. Final Provisions

The Organizer reserves the right to interpret and enforce these regulations.

Any situation not covered by these regulations will be resolved by the Organizer.

Participation implies full acceptance of all regulations.
